At Various Veins, we understand that plans can change and unexpected circumstances may arise. We also value the time of our clients and our phlebotomy professionals, as each appointment is reserved specifically for you.

To ensure we can continue providing timely and reliable service to all of our clients, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellation Fee

A $25 cancellation fee will apply to appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, including same-day cancellations.

No-Show Appointments

A $25 fee will apply to appointments where the client is unavailable or does not show for the scheduled appointment without prior notice.

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can happen, and such situations may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
